Project Memory creates a memory infrastructure in your project with four organized files: bugs.md for tracking issues and solutions, decisions.md for architectural decision records, key_facts.md for configuration and credentials, and issues.md for work logs. The skill configures CLAUDE.md and AGENTS.md to make Claude Code and other AI tools memory-aware, enabling them to check existing solutions before proposing changes and document new decisions consistently. This reduces manual effort in tracking project state and improves visibility across coding sessions by maintaining institutional knowledge in standard engineering documentation format.

Install via skilz (pip install skilz, then skilz install SpillwaveSolutions_project-memory/project-memory), or manually copy the skill to ~/.claude/skills/ for global use or .claude/skills/ within your project. Navigate to your project and invoke /project-memory in Claude Code to initialize the memory infrastructure with templates.
